I agree with you. But it's not just clean water that matters. Have you noticed how many cataclysms are happening around the world? This is terrible. There are countries where people are initially always ready for such changes. For example Great Britain. There is a dedicated website for tracking weather changes - https://www.meteoprog.co.uk/en/ I believe every country will have something like this in a couple of years.
