AirPods Pro feature active noise cancellation, and that's what makes them better than AirPods. Obviously, the AirPods Pro seems like a better option if you use ANC often. Although you want to study or enjoy music/videos only during long flights, we can understand how annoying it is when Airpods Pro Noise Cancelling Not Working. To help you fix it, we have collected solutions in this guide.

Apple's repair program was introduced at the exact time the launch drives' warranty expired. With the three-year repair program extended, AirPods Pro purchased at launch should now be covered through October 2022.

As a reminder, Apple says that it will fix the following issues with AirPods Pro:

Crackling or static sounds that increase in noisy environments, when exercising, or talking on the phone

Active noise cancellation doesn't work as expected, such as severe sound loss or an increase in background sounds such as street noise or aircraft noise.

If you have any of these issues, you now have an extra year to get up and get a free fix as part of the repair program, which in our experience often means that Apple provides you with an immediate fix. spare pair to take home. To do this, Apple says you need to contact their support team or an Apple Authorized Service Provider or make an appointment at an Apple Store.

Rather than the firmware causing the problem, Apple suggested that earwax buildup could be the problem, and Apple makes the following recommendations as a solution:

Make sure all iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, and Mac devices are running the latest Apple software.

Make sure active noise cancellation is enabled when the ‌AirPods Pro‌ is in your ears by opening Control Center and pressing and holding the volume indicator.

Clean the mesh located on the top of the ‌AirPods Pro‌.

Apple says that if debris or wax builds up on the mesh at the top of AirPods Pro, it can affect how active noise cancellation works. Debris buildup can
cause a loss of bass and an increase in background sounds, such as street noise or aircraft noise.
