There are various reasons why Microsoft outlook keeps asking for password. One of the reasons why you are getting this message, again and again, is that your password is not listed or update in the email. Another reason is that you entered the password incorrectly. Also, check whiling entering the password is the caps lock key on your keyword is on.
For fixing it, you must update the email account settings for telling your outlook to remember the password. For it, you can click on the email account setting and enter the correct password. Under the names heading, you would get the accounts setting. There you can click on the "change" just above the list of accounts and enter the right password and update the email account settings.

There you can click on the "change" just above the list of accounts and enter the right password and update the email account settings.
