Proxy type definition are very disputable question. You'll find so many different opinions all over the Internet. We do not pretend that our definitions are the only ones possible. We just try to make some classification.

Our database keeps track of proxy's type, that is why we can offer you this list. Along with Anonymous, Distorting and Transparent proxy types you can view all proxies that are Non-Anonymous, Non-Distorting and Non-Transparent. Let's say you want to get Anonymous and Distorting proxies in one list. For this purpose you can just select Not_Transparent proxy type.
