| I have just subscribed (S-81E49403R73968547) and have changed the proxy settings in Firefox (Mac). However, when I try to access web sites and enter the account details I cannot get the pages to open. I get the spinning ball indicating that something is happening but no pages appear. I do not get error messages which would indicate that the proxy is not valid. I have waited four hours since registration on the offchance that things had not been set up immediately, but nothing changes. Is there something I could try (other than checking all the settings, which I have done several times)?

Dear Mixalis,
I am afraid we have been experiencing network connectivity issues during last few days. The problem is fixed now. You can continue using your proxy. Please let me know if you still have any problems.

| Thanks for the service update. I've now got it working here in Greece and everything seems to be ok.
