Hello,
I've used your UK proxy service service for a while now with no problems.
I just switched to using a quarterly subscription and am getting an invalid proxy error - see attached screenshots for my config and the firefox proxy error page.
It does not get as far as asking for my username and password.
Can you tell me what the problem is?
My unique subscription ID is: S-2UU45674NX537400N.

Dear Alex,
your new proxy subscription has NEW username and password. Make sure you are not mixing up username and passwords.

This has been resolved now. It was not a crendentials issue - the server was down for a spell.
