I do not know much about proxies but I have purchased some software that allows me to easily set my proxy server. When I change it to one in the UK, I am still not able to able to access the UK downloads. I tried manually updating from the list on here but still no luck.
What should I do?

Some companies might block access from well known UK proxies. So you have to find or even setup your own UK proxy.

You can watch the programs from the BBCiplayer if you get reliable and fast proxy in UK. Since open proxies found on many proxy web sites are not performing well I suggest you get your personal UK proxy. Send me an email for details: bbciplayer@gmx.com
