my point is the proxy which supplied by u is good, i get a not bad score in the speed test, but it doesn't work with the hulu. as i can see, a lot of people paid mainly for hulu, there are a lot of complain in here - the forum.

so i think u should do something to work this out as soon as possible.

I am afraid it does not work on Mac at the moment. Really sorry for the inconveniences caused.

in order to make hulu work on PC you need to follow instructions on this page http://foxyproxy.mozdev.org/proxyservice/video-and-audio.html
Also you will need to install special Video Utility.

So, just to 100% clarify, Hulu doesn't work with the Mac?

Why isn't this info on your site saying this clearly as this is the only reason I signed up?

Well making ulu work on Mac is a tricky process. You need to configure system-wide proxy settings and block outgoing connections to port number 80,443 and 1935 using your personal firewall.

This info is not on the main page because there are many people using different operating systems and browsers to acces different content providers using our proxy service. It is impossible to put everything on the main page. This is why there is support forum by the way.

Thank you for your reply. Apologies if I was a little frustrated.

So if I do block those ports, set up the system-wide proxy settings, Hulu will work?

How would I actually block those ports though?

Thanks.

Ok, I actually found something called Little Snitch and have blocked those outgoing ports but this has not made any difference.

Is there a comprehensive set of instructions anywhere for getting access to Hulu from the UK using a Mac running Snow Leopard?

I am afraid there is no guide but few our customers reported that they were able to watch hulu on Mac.

I am personally did not try it myself since I do not have Mac in place.

The idea in blocking outgoing connections on ports 80,443 and 1935 is to make hulu video player to request content through the proxy. By default if no port blocking is enabled the video player establish direct connection thus showing your real IP.

I am really sorry this method did not work for you even though you seem to do everything correctly.
