Hello. Currently having a problem with my proxy service - once Firefox asks me for username/password, I enter it (both an old one and a new one I purchased today as my subscription was going to run out anyway) and it is accepted, but then attempting to connect to the internet gives me network timeouts.
My unique username is pp-reachmice. The service was working fine yesterday, but since this morning has gone down completely.

I have checked your subscription. It is active and the proxy iss working fine as well. Can you please make sure you are entering your username and password correctly. I mentioned you have two subscriptions with us. Please do not mix passwords and proxies.
