| when i used socks5 and tried to get in an IRC CHATROOM either i keep receiving message host unrealable or if by any chance it connects, the server knocks me out k-line........please tell me how to get in irc chatroom with socks5 proxy. thanks

You are doing it right!!
Everything else then a kline or banned means the proxy is dead.
KLine or banned means you are connecting with a proxy (duh) that is blacklisted, because proxy's on irc only are used for spamming/flooding, so hey have tools to ban open proxy's.
I would suggest checking out a vpn for connecting to irc networks.

| yes you will find that you can do a list of proxys and 2 min later find half of them dont work happens all the time just keep retrying
