I came to this forum, wanting some good proxy sites to surfing the web anonymously as I enjoy trolling a forum that I keep on getting banned at.
However, at of these "proxies" are just a list of IP addresses, how does that help me surf?
Again, noob. But I really am unsure.

If using Internet Explorer 8.
Tools -> Internet Options -> Connections -> LAN settings
Select Proxy Server, enter IP ADDRESS + PORT.
Example:
Port:
If you are using other browser please post name of browser + OS + version.

| i have looked around and i see people having alot of problems with chrome and proxies, i would recommend firefox i use all the time and really safe
