Yes, that may happen. This is what 3 -day free trial period for - you test everything and if not satisfied you are able to cancel without any charges.

It is a sad thing that these days spam has become a big problem. Sometimes anti-spam filters are too harsh and we do our vest to keep the balance right.

Our support email support@xroxy.com is the easiest way to reach us. We will make this way more obvious for our customers.

Unfortunately cbc.ca has recently changed their web player and it is not accessible now with a proxy.

I am afraid we are going to keep it this way - download speed will remain
reduced There are no problem to watch iPlayer for example for our American or Australian customers though.

Comments from a proxy user:
1. Download via the proxy are not slow, they are VERY, VERY slow. It isn't really possible to download using the proxy, not unless you want to pretend its 1986 and you have 2400 baud modem...
That is understandable, Xroxy is a sold as a video proxy, not a download proxy.
2. The service works very well. In Firefox combined with Foxy Proxy, it is seamless and simple to use. Outside of the combination, there is a lot of cutting and pasting of passwords, which is highly annoying, so I stick with that configuration. Foxy proxy also allows patterns so that specific sites can be inside or outside of the proxy, which is great. I don't like to do my banking via a proxy. 
In general, proxies are a pain to use and they don't work for everyone, so the 3 day trial is great.
I've been using the service for about a year and a half and will continue to use it.

Hey guys - i just registered with xroxy specifically to watch a video on cbc.ca and it also doesn't work. Thats a pity but thankfully i can end my subscription on paypal. Is anyone aware of any other proxy companies that allow me to watch vids on cbc.ca ? I was able to watch about 5 minutes but then the message came up saying "this content is not available in this countryh"
